Performance Coaching
In a performance coaching session, I’ll work with you to push beyond recovery, focusing on enhancing your strength, endurance, and skills specific to your sport. With a holistic approach that considers both physical and mental conditioning, I design training plans tailored to the demands of your activity—whether it’s rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, cycling, mountain biking, or running. Through strength exercises, sport-specific drills, and resilience training, we’ll maximize your performance and build resilience against injuries.
